Strangely, when I drive by your chapel now, I look over and lovingly think of Mom. The feeling is similar to that when you drive by that last home where your folks used to live. It’s a cheerful feeling. And it’s due to you. Thank You!

Your heartfelt guidance and sincere expressions of sympathy to each of us is genuinely appreciated. The extra measures of assistance you and your staff provided for us all is prized and will not be soon forgotten. I am amazed at your patience with us as we stumbled along, seemingly in a fog, at times. You valued our grief and, without judgement, allowed us to express it in our own ways and on our own schedule. Yes, Mom would have enjoyed meeting you...and she would have liked you, too.

The two words, “Thank You”, do not impart all the warm emotions I feel as I recall the myriad of things you and your staff did for my family in our time of distress. You would have had to know my mom to fully understand why I think of you as family, now. She always tried to make our pathways smooth ones. It seems as though you were in lock-step with her these past two weeks, always thinking of others, instead of yourself, just as she did.

On behalf of the entire family, I want to thank you and everyone at Cain Funeral Home for the caring and professional manner in which you handled the services and burial for our mother. It was a very difficult situation for us and we are still struggling in dealing with her loss, but you and your staff did an exemplary job in working with us through this tough time. For that we are truly grateful and very appreciative of how much you and your staff care. If I can ever be on any help to you, please don’t hesitate to give me a call. Thanks again!

Our paths have crossed several times in the past year, both for the arranging of my parents funeral services.
